Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched an online civil ID application "Kuwait Mobile ID", which allows citizens and residents to carry their civil IDs on their smart phones. The app is available for iPhone and Androids platform. A user must first download the Kuwait Mobile ID phone app and join the program. The app is available in Arabic and English. You will need to enroll in the application with your civil ID number, serial number, passport number and a selfie photo. The app can be used to identify identity proof, access to different e-services, digitally sign documents and transactions.
